I am so glad you’re considering joining a beginners course.

In just 4 short weeks, you could be feeling more relaxed, confident and brimming with good energy

In a moment, I will tell you about when and where you can join a class and I will invite you to book on the next taster course

…but before that I’d like to share with you a bit more of what you will gain when you join a class

…let’s take a quick tour and discover what you will get…

Is It Time For A Change?

I’m guessing there’s things in your life you’d like to improve. Perhaps you get stressed sometimes and you’d like to relax and feel calmer and more confident.

Perhaps your body isn’t feeling as great as it could and you’re hoping to feel a bit more fluid and flexible in the way you move.

Or perhaps you’re just curious about Tai Chi, Martial Arts and the underpinning philosophy.

If this resonates then read on because you’re going to like what’s on offer.

Book a Taster Course run by Salford Taoist Centre and you will discover and explore:

♦ The Tai Chi Warm-Up for your joints and muscles that will remove aches and pains, put you in the right mood for exercise and almost guarantee you’ll never get injured in a class

♦  Deep Breathing Techniques that will evaporate stress and boost your energy

♦  Secret exercises that reveal how you can use your bodies natural energy to double your strength without having to go to the gym or lift a single weight (It sounds crazy…but come along and We’ll show you!)

♦  Daoist Yoga from China that gently releases tension, increases suppleness and deeply relaxes your mind and body

♦  Tai Chi moves that transport you into a Moving Meditation where life becomes smooth and flowing

♦  Hand of the Wind Kung Fu – A fun way to get fitter, burn fat and boost your confidence

Does any of that spark your curiosity?

If the answer is “Hell Yes!” 🙂

Then, I’d like to invite you to book on one of the upcoming taster courses now.

I joined the class to see if it would help my mobility. Wan-Ley is clearly an experienced and proficient teacher. He approaches the class with a lightness which helped me feel relaxed. His teaching is clear and patient. The 90 minute class went quickly. I felt physically tired and mentally invigorated after the class. Definitely would like to keep turning up to this class.

A thoroughly enjoyable class with Wan-Ley as a knowledgeable and welcoming instructor. I had been looking to begin Tai Chi for a while and am so glad I came across this class. The flow of the movements synchronous with breath work left me feeling really energised - it was so helpful that Wan-Ley offered fascinating insights into the Taoist philosophy underpinning the practice also. I’m really looking forward to the rest of the course!
