Express Yourself
The GSD Group is here to serve you
To do that well, we need you to tell us what you want.
This is the place to come whenever:
♦ you have a great idea
♦ you see something that could be done better
♦ you feel a tension about anything at all that you experience
♦ you want to send some praise or acknowledge someone or something that you think is great
No idea is too big and no suggestion is too small so please do send us your thoughts as often as you like. (Watch the welcome video) All that we ask is that you give some thought to the questions in the form below.
Our research has shown that there is a bit of a culture within the Lishi community of keeping your thoughts and opinions to yourself.
A lot of people we asked said that if they see something that could be done better they don’t think it’s their place to say anything about it.
We want to change that but equally we don’t want to create a culture of moaning and whinging 🙂
The questions below will help you frame your comments and ideas in a way that are solution focused. You might even find that you discover the perfect answer simply by completing the form.
You are free to send your comments in anonymously…that is perfectly OK… but again, we want to make sure that no-one needs to hide and no-one fears expressing themselves. We encourage you to tell us your name as it will help us contact you if we need further info plus keep you updated on progress.
You might want to talk with a member of the GSDG first to help flesh out your ideas or you might want to send this form to us as the first step in that conversation. It’s up to you 🙂
Thanks for being part of the community but a bigger thanks for contributing to the success and strength of the community. We look forward to hearing from you often 🙂
"I love the new jackets but I get very warm training in them. If there's an opportunity in the future for the style to be the button at the front style like Abbott Zhao wears that would be great - Thanks"
"It's great that we have access to hot water for cups of tea but the cups are pretty grubby and could do with being replaced. Perhaps a whip round at the next Hoi Ma then a trip to Ikea to get 20 plain white cups. Maybe a glass jug/teapot could be good too and we can make a communal pot instead of everyone queuing for the teabags and then queuing for the hot water."
