“There are so many reasons that people take Lishi up, and also so many ways it can help, that I think most people should give it a go! I think it improves co-ordination, flexibility, stability, confidence and lung capacity. And I have only been going for four weeks… The totality of the system, in that it is a whole culture and for some a belief, means that everyone will find some part of Daoism that they can either benefit from or appreciate.”
